The service from employee Rashad is excellent. He is very helpful to answer any questions the customer does not know with dignity and respect. He treats everyone with respect. He is always working hard.He make sure the laundromat is clean all times.

Jameura, Jameura, Jameura! This Young Woman was so professional, helpful and kind. I came there today to wash my patients clothes from my 10 bed assisted living facility as our machine went down today. I came in with my head down and pretty down from the holidays after losing my Mom a short while back. This Young Woman greeted my as I came in the door and right away, I could tell she had a Winning personality! She told me the services you all offer for laundering and extended herself to help me. I truly appreciated it all in a time where service seems to mean nothing anymore. I appreciated her being there and I look forward to coming back! What an amazing staff member! I come to this location every Sunday for the last past month and Martin the laundry attendant keeps everything clean in working order. I love the free dry cause my clothes are always dry after every cycle. This is a very nice location.

Deion is the best thing that has happened to Clean Rite! I’ve been coming here for many years and have not been met with his level of customer service. Pay him well! He was helpful with getting my bags in, getting machines started in time for 6am deadline, and gave great advice on using machines correctly and efficiently. Place was clean and tidy also!!!

Our dryer is currently in repair. I decided along with the wife to try this location (first time) to see what it was all about. Initial thought upon entry was WOW, very clean and well kept and YES!! they take cards and it's pretty reasonable. We were then greated by Jameura who exhibited world class customer service. The wife and I really enjoy when we can get great service without asking for it. She sealed it for us, yes I will certainly be back to wash our clothes and just like that, 2 hours later I returned. I was again met by Jameura and believe it or not...another Martin!! Jameura walked me through the entire process and assisted with loading the correct washers with our loads. This has certainly been THE BEST experience ever received by such a public place and I would venture to say even topped a host of private establishments. This type of service and awareness is what is needed in industry and this day and age; the world!!!!! I may have to come back even after our dryer is repaired!! Totally OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!

This place is super clean and makes laundry smooth out of my home. The music they play also helps the time go by fast. Martin was very friendly and helpful with all my questions pertaining to a particular stain on my clothes and even with loading my card issues!

This is THE best laundromat in the B’more area. Richard is the CSA attendant that usually is managing the location when I am washing clothes in the early morning hours. He always keeps the place spotless and assists anyone that needs help with anything. If you’re looking for a clean, bright, and safe place to wash your clothes need not look any further. 5 star establishment and great service!

I recently moved to this area and I have a lot of positive things to say about this place. It’s huge has many nice and new washer and dryers several comfortable seating areas. Has someone there working that is very respectful and helpful…. I love that they’re open 24/7 and they have free dryers. There washers are a little bit on the expensive side compared to other Washateria‘s in the areas I’ve been in on the east side, but the experience was nice. My clothes were washed and dry nicely. The place is extremely hot in the summertime so if you can’t stand the heat, beware…

Deion is the epitome of customer service! I was trying to make the 10:00 PM to 6:00 PM special. He helped me bring in five totes filled with laundry. I was able to get all of my clothes in the washing machine and start the cycle before the special ended. I was sure to have a conversation with Jamevra while there. I told her that Deion was the best! Thank you.
